Mountain Trust Mortgage is a solely owned division of Peoples Bank of East Tennessee, which is a locally owned community bank.  The bank has been serving customers in the community since 1997.  Mountain Trust Mortgage is currently operating one office, located in Madisonville at 4653 Hwy 411 and there are plans for other locations over the next few years.  Our commitment to customer service and dedication to improving the mortgage experience is what separates us from the large mortgage companies throughout the industry.

This new mortgage division of the bank allows us to serve the needs of any homeowner, from everything such as refinancing a current mortgage to helping first-time buyers achieve home ownership, often through government loan programs and affordable specialized housing products such as FHA and USDA. Mountain Trust Mortgage is also honored to assist active duty and retired military personnel in securing VA loans, with 100 percent financing and flexible qualifying standards.  Peoples Bank of East Tennessee is consistently recognized for its commitment to customer service, strength in regulatory compliance and workplace culture. Having the ability to offer additional mortgage products through our Mountain Trust Mortgage division allows us  to better serve the credit needs of the communities where we are located and the surrounding area.
